KITCHENS
Joseph is a master at kitchen remodeling, able to economically transform aging and worn cabinetry into a sparkling new kitchen design. The contemporary kitchen above was once a damaged oak relic of the 80’s, now transformed. In fact these cabinets were refaced, not replaced, using creative design to save a great deal.  He also works closely with several commercial cabinet representatives or local custom cabinet builders, depending on what the project requires. In concert with his clients, new built kitchens give his creativity free reign to fashion artful and practical designs.

The kitchen above is a more traditional style incorporating carved edge granite tops with leather seating and commercial grade appliances.

Kitchens are indeed the heart of the home.  One of Joseph’s most well-known and respected areas of expertise, he is able to create a very wide variety of styles to fit your daily routine and taste . Every life-style, every personality and every budget differs. One of his unique talents is to listen carefully to his client up front, and then create a design that’s the right “fit.” After that you can step back and let Joseph free to make it all happen as planned with few or no changes, resting assured that the final product will be exquisite.

Here sits a bright cottage style kitchen, installed in what was once a dark stone-walled turn of the century basement, as part of an extensive newly created living area.
A contemporary galley kitchen with ultra modern appliances, painted cabinets and stainless steel.

On the left is Moore trademark cove-inset stove setting. Hidden above the stove is an integrated kitchen fan. On the right is a warm cherry wood and granite kitchen featuring two-tiered upper cabinets. A granite back splash has a carved cove opening for spices and is topped by a stainless steel hood with a fan.

Joseph’s drawing below is a good example of a kitchen concept develped in consultation with a client.  After a concept is approved, detailed construction documents are then produced to be used by carpenters, electricians, plumbers, representatives for cabinets, tile, appliances, etc., and installers.  Joseph then oversees the work from start of construction to finish, to assure that it is built with precision and adheres to the original concept as closely as possible. He also closely monitors any changes or construction problems to minimize cost overuns.
